Try & Hire

Try & Hire is a combination of temporary employment and personnel placement. This personnel service allows you to initially employ new staff on a trial basis through temporary employment before a permanent employment contract is concluded. During the Try & Hire period, the employees who are formally under contract with myWork AG are "loaned" to your company. If the applicants prove to be the perfect fit, the subsequent hiring is a mere formality.

Advantages of the method

Since the Try & Hire period is followed by the usual 3-month probationary period for permanent employment, the risk of a bad appointment is practically eliminated.
